Twenty people who know what a lab morning looks like
Engineers, implementation specialists, designers and marketers who have spent enough time on diagnostic floors to build software that fits them.
The people you will actually deal with
No account-manager wall. On most projects you talk directly to the people making the decisions.
Names and photographs are being updated — send us the final set and we will drop them straight in.
Six teams, one delivery pipeline
Small enough that everyone knows every client by name, structured enough that nothing falls between the gaps.
Product Engineering
Builds and maintains the Sanorix platform — .NET, SQL Server and React. Owns architecture, performance, security and the release cadence.
- Backend & API
- Frontend & SPA
- Database & reporting
Mobile Engineering
Doctor, patient and phlebotomist apps end to end — build, store publishing, crash monitoring and version upkeep across Android and iOS.
- Android & iOS
- Offline sync
- Device hardware
Interfacing & Integration
Analyzer drivers, HL7 and ASTM middleware, payment gateways and third-party portals. The team that goes on site with a serial cable.
- Instrument drivers
- HL7 / ASTM
- External APIs
Implementation
Workflow study, catalogue and rate setup, data migration, training and the supervised parallel run. The reason go-lives are uneventful.
- Lab workflow study
- Data migration
- Staff training
Design & Creative
Product interface design plus brand work for clients — identity, report letterheads, signage, social creative and audio-visual production.
- UI & UX
- Brand & print
- Video
Support & Growth
Named support engineers for every client, plus the digital marketing team running local SEO, campaigns and social for healthcare brands.
- Client support
- SEO & ads
- Social media
A small team with short lines
Twenty people is deliberate. It is large enough to run six disciplines properly and small enough that a client request reaches the person who will act on it in one hop.
- Everyone visits labs. Engineers and designers go on site too, not just the implementation team. It changes what gets built.
- Named ownership. Every client has a named implementation lead and a named support engineer for the life of the account.
- Domain review before release. Anything touching reference ranges, units or clinical logic is reviewed by a domain specialist before it ships.
- On-site when it matters. Being Kolkata-based means we can put a person in the room on go-live day rather than joining a call.
